At our women’s day event this year, Celebrating Womanhood and Motherhood with Joy and Purpose, we gathered to explore the contrast between modern feminism and God’s beautiful design for womanhood. Women from all walks of life shared how God met them in their struggles—not to silence them, but to give them freedom, purpose, and a voice.
Through connection with God and other women, we heard stories of how women found healing and strength:
Each story echoed one truth: God gives value and purpose—to serve Him and do what is right, even when the world says otherwise.
We honored amazing moms, danced to Cuban music by José, and shared a joyful brunch in sisterhood. A day of truth, connection, and celebration of godly womanhood.

Our Trivandrum Church of Christ in Kerala, India had our women's day 2025 celebration on the ninth of March, based on the theme, “One Voice, One Purpose.”
We planned and prepared for one month before the event, fasting, praying, inviting our friends and family, and making time to invite new people as well.
It was wonderful to experience God's kindness and faithfulness. Even as we were preparing during the whole program we felt we could experience the theme of unity and purpose – we were living it out! A total of 206 gathered at our event. We have 135 women in our church. Together we brought 40 guests and we had 31 children with us. As a result we have begun several new Bible studies with women who came. Please keep us in your prayers!
