Good morning! My name is Samantha Sawyer. My husband and I lead the church in Indianapolis, IN. This past Sunday we had an all women’s service in honor of International women’s day. We had 227 women in attendance. It was a beautiful and inspiring time for the women! Katie O’Quinn from Kansas came in town as our guest speaker and she did a wonderful job sharing on the topic of Seen and Heard! We also had some amazing sharing from one of the sisters about a time when she truly experienced being seen and heard by God. We also had a parfait bar, bagels and coffee set up before service for the women. We gave little goodie bags to each woman. Finally, after service we gave everyone sticky notes and encouraged them to think through women they wanted to put before God to feel seen and heard by Him, write the names on the sticky notes and then stick them on our SEEN wall. The staff women are going to take some time to pray through each name! Here are some pictures, and I will also attach a beautiful video that one of our staff women put together!
